Unmanned Aircraft Systems, usually referred to simply as drones can be used as an aid in a visual inspection, which can save property owners and managers potentially tens of thousands of dollars in inspection costs. Drones can be used for:

1. Visual inspections of hard to access areas such as lot line walls, pitched roofs, mansard roofs, dormer windows, steeples, chimneys, clock towers and so much more

2. Roof surveys including thermal imaging scan of the entire roof to help locate trapped water under the roof membrane

3. Construction monitoring to provide a bird’s eye view on your construction project and track progress at a macro scale
